From screen to stitch.

Every design undergoes manual digitizing and rigorous calibration before we run the machines. Here is how we build a hat that outlasts the job.

The Final Hand-Trim

We don't rely on automated conversion. Rusty manually digitizes every logo file, optimizing the stitch-count path to ensure crisp, puckering-free results on heavy-duty fabrics.

Our multi-needle machines are calibrated specifically for high-density thread-to-fabric contact. We adjust tension per design to lock in thick, dimensional embroidery.

Every finished cap is hand-inspected under warehouse window light. We trim loose threads and steam the crown so it arrives structured, clean, and ready for the field.
